To do this you must contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order from us and advise us that you wish to cancel the order.

Once you have contacted us to advise you wish to cancel your order we will contact you to advise you where you must return the goods to, but as EB does not provide any form of land based sales i.e. Hard copy product this part of the Regulation does not apply.

(1) The regulations state some exceptions to the right to cancel an order. One of these is for unsealed computer software, again as we do not provide CD version of any of our software, so does not apply at this time.

(2) Downloaded software can also not be returned ( Regulations state "which by reason of their nature cannot be returned" ). Once you click to download any part of your order you will not be able to then cancel as you are not be able to return an electronic product.
