Service Patch 1

 This is an update for Great Western MSTS Add-on by EuropeanBahn.
It fixes various cosmetic issues that are present in the release
version.  Including, a signal and a bridge incorrectly positioned in
the "4-foot".  It also fixes 3 activities and the lights on the 166.
You must have GWR already installed to use this, and if you use
trainstore make sure the route is fully unstored ("maintenance mode")
or if in doubt "unstore everything".
Whilst every care has been taken in the production of this patch,
EuropeanBahn cannot be held responsible for any problems it may cause.
If you come across issues not fixed here, please let us know through
the helpdesk, though please accept that some things can't be fixed -
eg adding track nodes (eg inserting points) which would break all
paths, and changing speed limits on the main lines (which could affect
activities by altering the timing of the AI traffic)

 Some of you may get a error message with where there appear to be a number of .s and related .sd files missing from the install (?50 of each) - this causes problems in the Bletchley area.  Most of the files are DynaTrax (e.g. DynaTrax-42036.s), EB_SH_BletchleyTMD.s is also missing.
