the forum, but have never logged on using the detail
supplied. You will need to request that the account

Farringdon Extension includes new stations
and activities to be enjoyed with Train Simulator and
is designed to run with or without the Midland Mainline
route. There are four detailed activities included and if you
are already the owner of Midland Mainline there are a
further two activities for you to enjoy. Running
from north to south from West Hampstead your journey takes
you through Kentish Town and then to St Pancras International
for connections to Eurostar and the East Midlands. Next stop
is Farringdon which links you with the London Underground’s
Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines. You can
then choose between taking the limited service on the
Moorgate Branch passing through the Barbican or take the
Blackfriars route connecting to City Thameslink.
Note:
Stations included
will vary depending upon whether you are running Midland
Mainline or not. If you are running Midland Mainline you will
have an additional 7 stations but there are 9 for users
running this programme with Train.
Installation
When using Windows 2000/XP/VISTA as your operating system
you will have to be registered as the system administrator
in order to begin with the installation. Insert the CD into
your CD drive of your system. The install programme will
start automatically. In the rare case that it should
notstart automatically please click on “ Start ” – “ Run ” -
type “ D:\setup ”, if “D” is the CD drive. The install
routine window will appear. Follow the prompts. You will be
asked to enter a serial key, this can be found at the top
of this page. The install path of Microsoft Train Simulator
will be checked. The fi les will be copied to your hard
drive. After a successful installation you will fi nd the
Farringdon Extension and its activities at your disposal
in Microsoft™ Train Simulator
Un-installation
If you would like to uninstall the program from your system,
simply select ‘Farringdon Extension’ in the add/delete
programs menu, which can be found in your control panel.
Click “delete” and the program will be uninstalled. System
Requirements. We suggest that your PC should have the
following:• Minimum 1.5 GHz processor or faster• 256MB of
RAM (512MB for XP/Vista) or better Minimum of 270 MB free
hard disk space• A good quality video card with 64MB (128MB
preferred) of video RAM or better• CD-ROM Drive and Windows
Operating System• Microsoft™ Train Simulator•A good quality
sound card (preferred NOT on-board) is also recommended
